Patient is a diabetic 70 years old man who amputated his fifth finger and metatars of left foot and then treathed with 11 session of HBO and advanced dressing and finally he recieved complete healing.
Patient has 72 years old. He has had diabetes for over 25 years and was taken care with disorganized treatments of anti diabetic as (BID) until last year. Patient realized neuropathy in the bottom organ as injury appears in his right toe and palm. During this time he was cured with insulin treatments. His leg injury has not being cured despite of diabetic common medication methods, it is growing everyday and will cause amputation of his 3,4 and 5 fingers.
Necrosis, gangrene and infection develop to toe and his palm.
He was going to being amputated in his knee side, he release from mentioned clinic because of his dissatisfaction.

Patient is a man that has been challenging with Diabetes for 14 years under the close doctors supervision and medication through antidiabetic dietary. During this period, a man suffers diabetic neuropathy which causes him not to feel the entering nail into his palm. From this time he affected of 2 centimeter long and 1 cm diameter wound into his palm. From this time, he was cured with insulin. Palm injury has been treated with common medications so far, but was not effective.
Patient is a 65 years old man with a history of 6 years diabet and treatment with Insulin (SC) + Metformin (oral). Patient has diabetic foot with 4 mounths wound and treatment by debridment surgery and AB in 3 central hospital and finally candidated for leg amputation in all of those hospitals.
