Patient who was involved in motorcycle accident occurred on 29th Tir (2009/7/20) has 22 years old. As this dreadful accident happened, she was taken to a Central hospital by relief team at 23.30 PM. There, was hospitalized with Multiple Trauma recognition.

 After passing 24 hours, patient is ready for operation on his right  leg injuries. Within 16 days due to the infection and fever, patient is being under treatment with variety of antibiotics and continues changing of bandages. At the end, no response received from medication and fever and bad infection caused patient being amputated. However, one of the consultant surgeons recommends HBOT as the last chance for preventing amputation.

 
Patient was assented on 05/08/2009, after preliminary check up and preparing file, he started his first HBOT session. Passing two sessions, fever is cut. More sessions made patient to clean his wound from any infection and granulation tissue starts to grow in the injured tissues. After 11 daily sessions with HBOT, patient was released with full healthy factors.

 
Patient is now able to walk on his feet, after skin graph is being released from the surgical hospital.

In the event patient could use some sessions of HBOT, right after early days of skin graph surgery, he could have better tissue relief and graph. He complains about the minor retraction of back knee.
