Patient is a 4-year-old girl that has a fracture in tibial and crush injury in her right leg on driving accident. She refers to nearest medical center and after a few days, coutaneus necrosis and infection appears in her right leg and she refers to a province great hospital.

After several days of antibiotic therapy and dressing, the patient candidated for surgery and debridemented all of the right leg countaneus necrosis.

To control the infection and the formation of granulation tissue and skin graft preparation refers to Bahar Sepahan HyperBaric Oxygen therapy center.
After accepting to center, the patient received phototherapy and dressing in addition to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Wound healing dramatically appears over the six sessions with the elimination of wound infection, inflammation, swelling and granulation tissue appears.

Then candidates for surgery with skin graft and conventional therapy continued.
