Clinical history: 25 years of diabetes - blood pressure - heart disease - previous foot ulcers

Physical examination: Numbness of both feet - Wound of the right foot with osteomyelitis - Fever

Lab results: High ESR, CRP

Treatment result: Wound healing and healing of neuropathy and numbness of the foot
