63-year-old man
Chief Complainant: Diabetic foot ulcers (for seven months)
Clinical history: 25 years of diabetes - seven months of clinical trial for wound care conducted at Central Hospital - blood pressure - heart disease - previous foot ulcers
Physical examination: Numbness of both feet - Wound of the both feet with osteomyelitis - deep debridement on both feet that exposed tendon and bones - Fever - Sepsis
Lab results: High ESR & CRP, Anemia, Electrolyte Disturbances
Treatment result: The skin on the feet has developed and patient can walk after treatment.
