The patient is a 59 years old woman.

Chief Complaint: Severe infection of the foot to the middle of both legs with complete necrosis of the skin of the soles of both feet.

Past History: 30-year history of diabetes with oral antidiabetic drug and 10 years of insulin.
- Mild heart failure
- Sight only in the sense of feeling light (blind)

Physical Examination:
- Complete necrosis of the plantar skin of both feet
- Warmth, redness and severe swelling of the foot to the middle of both legs
- Multiple and scattered wounds on both feet
- Complete numbness of both legs up to below the knee
- Blindness
- Variable blood pressure
- Overweight
- Uncontrolled blood sugar

Laboratory Results:
Radiographs show osteomyelitis of the bones of the wrist and leg. Colored Doppler ultrasound of the leg arteries, moderate to severe obstruction of the arterial vessels of the leg has been reported.

Wound Etiology: Walking on the sun-heated mosaic

Treatments performed before visiting Bahar Clinic:
Antibiotic treatment and routine dressings
Candidate for amputation of both legs below the knee in several large medical centers.

Treatments performed at Bahar Clinic:
40 days of daily treatment including hyperbaric oxygen therapy and then the use of appropriate and supportive dressing for 6 months twice a week according to all scientific protocols that can be done in the center (see the topic of medical care) was carefully selected and performed by a physician.
